Parking and Traffic Enforcement
On-street parking and traffic
safety concerns represent one of the highest priority issues, and have generated
a number of complaints by residents. The parking complaints reflect the
problem of limited parking spaces on narrow neighborhood streets. Traffic safety
complaints involve problems with inconsiderate and reckless behavior by drivers.
The Hillcrest Knolls Association is committed to addressing these
issues with local law enforcement to ensure that all parking and traffic
regulations are enforced in our neighborhood.

Residents are asked to immediately report speeding/unsafe driving
to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
